BallroomU Cancellation Policy
BallroomU encourages students to make the proper accommodations to attend their lessons as scheduled. In the event you need to cancel your lesson, the following policy applies:

  • Students who cancel their private lesson no less than 24 hours in advance are assessed no penalty. Students are highly encouraged to reschedule at the time of cancellation.

  • Students who cancel their private lesson within 24 hours of the scheduled start are assessed the full lesson fee.

  • Cancellations should be submitted in writing via email to or via text message to (919) 601-7010. If calling to cancel, your lesson is not confirmed cancelled until you receive a reply from a BallroomU staff member.


Students who are tardy for their lessons will not have additional time added at the end of their lesson block or receive a refund for the time missed.


Students can stop taking private lessons at any time. We ask that at least one lesson's notice is given for both temporary and permanent withdrawals.
